serving the Southern Oregon Coastal areas since 1993. The Company is owned and operated by Cheryl Hamilton, President and licensed Mortgage Broker, and her husband, Earl Hamilton. Together they have over 50 years combined experience in the residential real estate lending area.

Hamilton Mortgage Corp. is approved to originate loans on behalf of several large mortgage banking firms nationwide and also has private investors who will make loans secured by Oregon real estate. The Company prides itself on it's ability to determine the needs of the borrower and then locate the best loan program to fill those needs.

Cheryl's background in the business has been long and varied. She began her career as a loan officer and progressed to Branch Manager. Later she became an Underwriter for both Conventional and VA/FHA loans. Ultimately, Cheryl obtained corporate positions with several large institutions such as Great American Bank in San Diego. The Hamiltons moved to the Southern Oregon Coast in 1990 and opened Hamilton Mortgage Corp. in 1993.
